1. About Kinwell

Kinwell is a family education and communication service based at 90 Ngamwongwan Road, Bang Khen, Nonthaburi 11000, Thailand. We provide educational workshops, organisational sessions, and informational programmes to support families in everyday communication and planning.

All of our programmes are educational and informational in nature only. Nothing provided by Kinwell constitutes professional advice of any kind, including but not limited to legal, financial, or psychological advice. Participants are encouraged to seek appropriate professional guidance for their individual circumstances.

2. Our Programmes

Kinwell currently offers the following programmes:

• Family Check-In Workshop — ฿3,800 per participant
• Important Papers Organisation Session — ฿13,000 per session
• Steady Together Programme — ฿26,000 per participant

Programme descriptions on our website are provided for general information. Specific session content, materials, and scheduling will be confirmed at the time of booking. We reserve the right to update programme content to reflect best educational practice.

3. Bookings & Payments

To secure a place on a programme, please contact us via our website or by phone. Bookings are confirmed once we have agreed a date and received payment or a payment arrangement in writing.

• Prices are stated in Thai Baht (฿) and are inclusive of all session materials unless otherwise stated.
• Payment is accepted by bank transfer or in person. We do not process card payments directly through this website.
• A booking confirmation will be sent to the email address you provide. Please check your details are correct before booking.
• Prices are subject to change. The price quoted at the time of booking will apply to your session.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that life can be unpredictable. Our approach to cancellations is as follows:

• More than 7 days before the session: Full refund or transfer to another date at no charge.
• 3–7 days before the session: 50% refund, or transfer to another date (one transfer permitted).
• Less than 3 days before the session: No refund, but we will do our best to find an alternative date where possible.
• Cancellation by Kinwell: If we need to cancel a session for any reason, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

5. Educational Purpose & Scope

All Kinwell programmes are designed for general educational purposes and are intended to support everyday family communication and organisation. Please note the following:

• Our facilitators are not licensed practitioners in psychology, law, medicine, or finance.
• No individual advice or personal recommendations are given during group programmes.
• Session materials, conversation guides, and templates are provided as general resources only.
• Kinwell does not diagnose, treat, or provide services for any personal, relational, or health-related condition.
• Outcomes vary between participants. We make no representation about the results any individual will experience.

If you have specific concerns that fall outside the scope of general family education, we encourage you to seek professional support from a suitably qualified individual.

6. Participant Responsibilities

By booking a Kinwell programme, participants agree to:

• Engage with sessions in a respectful, open manner towards facilitators and other participants.
• Maintain the confidentiality of other participants where group discussions take place.
• Notify us in advance if they are unable to attend a scheduled session.
• Use materials provided for personal use only; they may not be reproduced, shared, or distributed without our written permission.

Kinwell reserves the right to ask a participant to leave a session if their conduct is disruptive or inconsiderate to others. In such cases, no refund will be given.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Kinwell website, including text, images, programme descriptions, templates, and printed materials, is the property of Kinwell and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written consent. Session resources shared with participants are for their personal use only.

8. Limitation of Liability

Kinwell provides its programmes in good faith and with reasonable care. However, to the extent permitted by applicable Thai law:

• We are not responsible for any personal, financial, or relational outcomes arising from attendance at our programmes.
• We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from the use of our services or website.
• Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the amount paid by the participant for the relevant programme.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for matters that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Privacy & Data

When you contact us or book a programme, we collect and process your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions. Please review it before submitting any personal details.

10. Website Use

The Kinwell website is provided for general information only. While we take care to keep content accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee that the information on the site is complete, current, or error-free. We may update or remove content at any time without notice.

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or practices.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising from the use of our services or website shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version displayed on this page applies to bookings made from the date shown above. For ongoing programmes, the terms in effect at the time of booking will continue to apply unless otherwise agreed in writing.
